When uploading video content, you have the option of identifying the individual speakers or just treating the entire transcript as if it’s one speaker. The benefit of speaker identification is higher quality responses from the AI as well as the ability to ask questions of or about specific people in your videos.

Steps

1. Go to the Content tab in your dashboard
2. Filter on Status = REVIEW
3. Click any of the content rows
4. Click on the Speaker Assignment tab on the right
5. Assign speakers and save to continue processing the video
